A fast website plus one AI automation, live in 7 days.

I build for small businesses that need a website that loads fast, looks like it was made for them, and takes some repetitive work off their plate. There is one package, and its price is fixed.

What you get

• A fast website. It has up to 5 pages, works well on phones, loads in under a second on a normal connection, and has basic SEO set up. You get the code and the hosting account in your name.
• One AI automation. Pick the job that wastes the most of your time. For example: answer common enquiries from your contact form, sort and summarise incoming emails, turn form submissions into a spreadsheet plus a reply, or draft social posts from your new blog posts.
• A handover call. 30 minutes recorded. You'll see how to edit the site and how the automation works.
• 14 days of fixes after launch. If anything I built breaks, I fix it.

Timeline

1. Day 0: a 20-minute call. We agree on pages, content and the one automation.
2. Days 1–5: I build. You get a private preview link to check progress.
3. Day 6: one round of changes.
4. Day 7: we go live on your domain, then do the handover call.

Price

From $600. That covers everything above. You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch. Bigger sites or extra automations are quoted separately before any work starts.

Not included

Ongoing content writing, paid ads, logo or brand design, and the costs of third-party tools (domain, hosting above the free tiers, AI API usage). I'll tell you exactly what those come to before we start, and most small sites run on free tiers.
